CLASSES
Your 1st Kickboxing session is FREE!
Our classes are 100% suitable for BOTH beginners, AND experienced sports enthusiasts.
Any fitness level is welcome and although you are encouraged, everything is optional.
There’s no contact necessary within the classes and it’s an incredibly safe and fun environment to learn and get fit.
Classes are designed to be FUN (with plenty of punching and kicking with the aid of pads and gloves) and EFFECTIVE (with plenty of flexibility and velocity drills, coaching on technique, endurance and fitness conditioning).
Our sessions are designed to boost your fitness quickly, as a perfect complement/replacement to the gym! are 100% suitable for BOTH beginners AND experienced sports enthusiasts. Through these high intensity kickboxing and combat-inspired fitness classes you’ll find you get very fit very quickly. We are committed to helping you achieve your fitness-related goals. These classes are the perfect complement/replacement to the gym!
